Denton's Dish: Magic vs. Pacers Game 3 (5/2/12)

Savage: Magic's Thoughts and Prayers with Pietrus
After news reached Orlando's locker room late Friday that Mickael Pietrus had been carted off on a stretcher during Boston's game against the Philadelphia 76ers, players quickly tried to take a look at the video and send prayers Pietrus' way.

Cohen Courtside: Magic vs. Cavaliers (3/23/12)
The Orlando Magic are 18-8 at home this season. That's not supreme, but definitely respectable. But if you look inside that record a bit more comprehensively, you will detect something rather impressive.

Denton's Dish: Magic vs. Cavaliers (3/23/12)
After the Magic shared the ball about as well as they have at any point this season and battered the Cleveland Cavaliers 93-80, J.J. Redick analyzed the game in a worldly way that might take some explaining in his own locker room.

Denton: A Meet & Greet to Cherish Forever
On Wednesday night just before the Magic's demolition of the Phoenix Suns, 3-year-old Cortealius Robinson, who is dealing with troublesome medical conditions, and his family got to meet Dwight Howard in person at Amway Center.

Savage from the Sideline: Gortat Still Learning From Magic
Marcin Gortat's learning experience with the Magic continued on Wednesday as All-Star center Dwight Howard erupted for 28 points and 16 rebounds, while limiting his former teammate to just four points and nine boards.

Denton's Dish: Magic vs. Suns (3/21/12)
You'd get little argument from anyone on Wednesday, especially Phoenix's Marcin Gortat, about Dwight Howard's status as the NBA's best center. But what is still up for debate is just how large the gulf is between Howard and the NBA's second-best big man.

Cohen Courtside: Magic vs. Suns (3/21/12)
If there was some kind of one-on-one bragging rights clash inside between these former teammates on Wednesday during the Orlando Magic's victory over the Phoenix Suns, Dwight Howard won the battle and the war.

Cohen Courtside: Magic vs. Bulls (3/19/12)
Monday's loss was a difficult one to swallow. That final score, 85-59, is a frightening one. And yes, it doesn't make much sense that a team without its "sole superstar" dominated like they did. It's just one of those head-scratchers, really.

Denton's Dish: Magic vs. Nets (3/16/12)

Dwight Howard's admirable and monumental decision on Wednesday to remain with the Orlando Magic through next season fits idyllically with the premise that sports fans are fascinated with what happens off the playing field more than anything else.

Denton: Monumental Day in Team History as Howard Stays
Somewhere between what sounded like a farewell speech in San Antonio and the team plane ride home early Thursday morning, Dwight Howard made up his mind once and for all that he wanted to remain with the Orlando Magic at least through next season.

Savage: Magic A Team of Destiny?

Tuesday's Magic-Heat thriller was like the kind of game you would watch in a Hollywood hoops drama. You know, where every moment in the movie seems illusory and an absurd number of characters turn into some kind of superhero.

Denton's Dish: Magic vs. Heat (3/13/12)
Dwight Howard registered the 40th 20-point, 20-rebound game of his career and then stunningly said he's asked the only organization he's ever played with to not trade him and allow him to finish the season in Orlando.
