Clearly last night the Celtics would not have won the game if it hadn't been for the referees. I mean, come on, the Celtics didn't get back to Boston until 12 hours after they were supposed to have. Everyone knows that Paul Pierce and Kendrick Perkins were hurt. Garnett was tired because the Celtics had played so many playoff games. And Ray Allen was injured for a bunch of the game. After all that then how could the Celtics have won?
The answer is simple: it was the referees. If you watched carefully, they made all the calls in Boston's favor, and somehow mysteriously Boston was then able to build up its lead. This caps off what has been a clear plan by the NBA all season to help the Celtics into winning the Finals, and in fact throughout a lot of the year the Celtics wouldn't have gotten where they did if it hadn't been for the refs. We all know that Kobe Bryant is so good that after the first quarter the only way to explain his bad performance was because of the referee conspiracy against the Lakers. This proves that CLEARLY there is cheating in the NBA and that the referees are at the heart of the conspiracy.
It's also totally clear that even though the refs wanted the Celtics to win, they did everything they could to make sure the series went seven games, which is what David Stern personally told the refs to do before the game. Just when the Celtics would go on a bit of a run, the refs would come in with some silly call, like a defensive three seconds, and kill the Celtics run. They're all on the take, and it was only by a stroke of luck that they couldn't control the outcome more to favor a game seven in Boston on Thursday night.
To all the conspiracy nuts out there: your patchwork of conspiracy theories are about as plausible as this phony scenario I wrote out above.
To the referees: hang in there--despite a crooked, disgraced criminal trying to exact every type of revenge he can against the league and his former colleagues, you all have persevered with remarkable integrity. Kudos are in order for a well officiated playoff run--especially the Finals. Enjoy the summer. |
