Subject: RE: Horrible officiating
Message: C'mon, how can you say that call against Paul Pierce wasn't a changing moment in the game? The game was within 3 points at that time and Boston had momentum to squeeze out a win. Even LeBron James' post game interview implied that he felt the call was just an out of bounds off LeBron and not a charge. If the guy that supposedly TOOK the charge doesn't feel it was a charge, how can anyone else feel differently? The refs in that game made sure that there would be no road win for Boston and that the series was going to a game 7. I'm convinced the refs get paid per game and it's in their best interest to extend a 7 game series. The officiating in that game was, by far, the worst I've seen in my 35+ years of watching the NBA. All of the post game commentators also felt the same way.
