referee fines and suspension |

My question is does anyone know whether or not there is a link or a mention in the NBA Rule Book that speaks about how the NBA keeps Referee fines and suspension "in-house" and withholds that information from the public. I also would like to know if the NBA is the only league that does this or is this standard practice in all sports? |
