Go to IAABO.org which is the site for international approved basketball officials who service high school games around the world. At this site click on the icon on the left which indicates 'boards' here you will be able to find an IAABO board in close proximity where you live. Then you can take steps into contacting one of the board secretaries who will be able to point you in the right direction.

In the long scheme of things you will probably be starting at youth levels then work your way up to JV within two years. Depending on how large and the quality of officials are it will most likely take anywhere from 3-7 years before you will be able to be promoted to the varsity level. After that point you could go on to tryout for junior college and then D3 levels. It is a long process which takes countless hours on and off the court.

This is also one of the most rewarding things i have done with my life because of the relationships you build with ambitious individuals and the communities you will officiate in.

Good Luck
