Magic Announce Leadership Promotions
Magic Chief Executive Officer/Vice Chair Bob Vander Weide announced that Alex Martins has been promoted to Team President and Otis Smith has been promoted to President of Basketball Operations. In addition, Stan Van Gundy agreed to a contract extension.

First Amway Center Signs Completed
On Monday, July 26, 2010, the Amway Center sign was completed on the east side of the facility. The sign, which was based off design drawings from RipBang Studios, Inc. and was locally fabricated and installed by Design Communications Ltd.
